Infrastructure

At current, our 5000 m2 headquarter is located in Tu Liem Industrial Center, Hanoi; including a 6-storey office building (ground area of more than 500m2), 03 GPS warehouses (total area of 3,010m2, accommodating 2,890 pallets), a canteen, a gymnasium and a spacious surrounding area that convenient for navigating vehicles

In 2016, Dong A Group opened Dong A Diamond Garlic Factory - Asia's leading black garlic factory, located in Que Vo Bac Ninh. The factory has a total area of over 1.5ha, reaching a capacity of 600 tons / year with production technology exclusively transferred from Japan. Our mission is to supply high quality Black Garlic products to domestic and foreign markets.

Additionally, we also own GSP warehouse system: in Ho Chi Minh (area of 2500 m2, capacity of 1500 pallets); in Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone - Da Nang (area of 6500m2, capacity of 3900 pallets); in Hanoi (capacity of 3060 pallets); In Bac Ninh (capacity of 3066 pallets), ready for construction.

Conjointly, after 25 years of continuous growth, Dong A Group has formed a solid management team and hundreds of proficient staff. The total number of employees is 500, in which 85% own college, university and postgraduate degrees. Our Sales, Logistics (warehouse, delivery, distribution) and Marketing teams include 250 people, 48 people and 10 people respectively (2020 data).

Moreover, Dong A Group has a close network of professional associations (Neurological Association, Eastern Medicine Association, Dermatology Association) and more than 5,700 doctors, leading professors and hospitals in Vietnam; established relationship with media partners (Dat Viet advertising company, TV Plus company (Goldsun Group), Vietnam Television, Ho Chi Minh City Television, Voice of Vietnam radio, newspapers , specialized magazines) and firm connection with major financial institutions (MB, HSBC, Vietinbank, ...)

Distribution System

Dong A Group headquartered in Hanoi followed by 2 branches in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh; All of our distribution system meets GDP standards, covering 63 provinces and cities across the country with more than 200 sales and management staff.

OTC channel: more than 70 distributors across the country, more than 400 wholesale customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and nearly 15,000 retail pharmacies.
ETC channel: more than 600 public and private hospitals nationwide.
In addition, Dong A Group has also developed a POS system of FMCG, key account to distribute supplementary food, skincare, anti-dandruff, ...
Delivery team of more than 20 employees, delivering continuously to all provinces and cities across the country.
Successful delivery rate reaches 97%, delivery from 1 to 5 days after receiving requests.
